Claire is a marketing specialist with a focus on inclusivity and accessibility for clients who provide B2B services, often complex services. She holds an MBA from the Westminster Business School and the post-graduate diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM). She is a Fellow of the CIM.

In addition to marketing, Claire runs workshops and has delivered a wide range of training programmes to law firms, automotive manufacturers and the Met Police. She holds a business coaching qualification and is a Business NLP Master Practitioner.

From a personal perspective, accessibility is very important to Claire, who has the eye condition keratoconus. Before having cataract surgery, which has made a huge improvement, she had been finding screen time getting more tiring on the eyes. 

We all experience accessibility challenges at some point in our lives, hopefully only temporarily, so embracing it is such an important aspect of brands being able to engage with their customers.
